Did you get it done today?

One simple question. One honest answer. See your real consistency across days, weeks, months, years, and all time.

No streaks to protect. No games. Just the truth.

The Problem With Habit Trackers

Most habit tracking apps give you two options: a perfect streak, or starting over from zero. Miss one day and the chain breaks — so you either obsess over never missing, or the moment you do, the whole thing feels pointless and you quit.

They're designed to distract you by piling on streaks, badges, points, reminders, and social feeds — “features” that have nothing to do with whether you’re actually sticking to what you set out to do.

Habit Toggle skips all of that. Every habit gets one simple Yes/No toggle, so you have one simple question to answer every day. Good or bad, you always know exactly where you stand. No streaks to lose. No starting over. Just an honest, ongoing view of how consistent you really are.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

One question, every day.

“Did you get it done today?” — yes or no, for every habit you track.

01

Add a habit

Give it a name, choose how often it needs to happen, and you’re set.

02

Answer one question

“Did you get it done today?” Tap yes or no. That’s the entire interaction.

03

See your progress

Track your true consistency, measured against the target you set for yourself.

Focus on consistency, not perfection.

Missing one workout doesn’t erase a year of progress. Skipping a habit one week doesn’t mean starting over. Habit Toggle is built around the long view — it shows you the one number that actually matters:

How often are you doing the things you said you would do?

Because consistency beats perfection, every time.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I miss a day?+

Nothing dramatic. It’s recorded honestly as a day you didn’t complete that habit, and your score reflects that — but your history doesn’t disappear, and you don’t lose anything you’ve already built. Tomorrow is another toggle.

Can I track things that happen more than once per day?+

Yes. Habits like “drink water” or “take supplements” can have multiple toggles per day — each one counts on its own.

What’s a “consistency target”?+

You decide what counts as “staying on track” — one target for everything, across every timeframe. The default is 80%, but it’s yours to set. Change it anytime in your profile.

Does Habit Toggle have streaks or badges?+

No. We built it specifically so that one bad day doesn’t threaten to undo your progress, and so there’s nothing to perform for except your own honest numbers.
